USS RYH110 Steel Grade Specifications

USS RYH110 is an ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) proprietary restricted yield strength grade designed for general use in deep wells. It is not generally considered suitable for sour condensate wells due to its specific mechanical properties and chemical composition.

• Minimum Yield Strength: 110,000 psi
• Maximum Yield Strength: 125,000 psi
• Minimum Tensile Strength: 120,000 psi
• Maximum Hardness: 31.0 HRC (mean), 32.0 HRC (individual)

Standards and Testing

Inspection requirements and dimensional tolerances for USS RYH110 adhere to the API 5CT specification for grade P110 PSL 1. This ensures that the product meets the quality and performance standards necessary for safe and efficient use in the oil and gas industry.

One quadrant through-wall hardness testing is conducted at a frequency of two per 100 pieces per heat lot, providing additional quality control and assurance of the material's consistency.
