USS HCK55 Casing Steel Grade for High Collapse Applications

USS HCK55 is an Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) hot-finished proprietary steel casing grade developed by U.S. Steel for "High Collapse" K55 applications. This advanced steel grade is engineered to provide exceptional strength and resistance to collapse, making it ideal for use in demanding downhole environments.

• Maximum Yield Strength: 95,000 psi
• Minimum Tensile Strength: 95,000 psi
• Maximum Hardness: 21.0 HRC
